Top Up Terms & Conditions (Recharge Minutes Cell Phone):
Lunex is an independent entity appointed by mobile network operators to sell Recharge Minutes services on their behalf. All Recharge Minutes transactions are final and non-refundable. Recharge Minutes service is usually available to use in approximately ten minutes after successful Recharge Minutes; however, delays may occur. BillMEX™ Terms & Conditions
By using the BillMEX™ service (“Service”), user agrees to the following: Customer in the United States can only pay Mexico bills before its due date. Cut off time of bill due date is based on Central Standard Time. Service will not accept any bill on or after its due date, and will not be responsible for any late fee or surcharge due to customer’s submission of incorrect due date or customer failed to pay and transact during business hour and business day; Mexican carrier may reject providing the Service any time if the biller’s account is incorrect. Service will normally take about 24 hours to post the payment made to Mexican carrier.
